Summary of Service

Our service is designed for people who need it the most, rather than clients who are able to use their own means to pay for legal advice. After a short initial assessment, we will allocate an advisor and a supervising solicitor to provide a remote legal consultation. These sessions aim to address critical issues such as regulatory compliance for charities, child custody arrangements, resolving civil disputes, consumer rights, contract disputes, data protection concerns, debt management, employment disputes, family law matters, and estate planning. Each consultation is intended to provide initial guidance, clarify your legal position, and outline the next steps in your legal journey. You can access our services through either video sessions or scheduled calls, ensuring you receive the support you need at a time that suits. Please note that we are able to take referrals from anywhere in England and Wales Trained student advisers take initial details of your case by calling you on the phone number you provide. Please note that you will not receive advice at this point. This information is then sent to a qualified lawyer to confirm whether we can help you. If so, we will book you an appointment to receive legal advice. During the advice session student advisers are always present to observe and assist the lawyer. If we cannot advise you, we refer you to other sources of help. We do not provide casework or representation and cannot assist with complex or urgent cases.
